35. Candidate for Conservatorship and Rehabilitation

Here are handsome, well maintained properties in Sharon, PA. They are within walking distance of the K-12 complex, the hospital, the recreational / gym / swimming facility, the library. and vibrant churches.
Across the street are equally well maintained houses from circa 1925.
Now then, the house beside the well maintained and attractive houses appears to be a shingled victorian house of the Queen Anne architectural style, circa 1900.
It is calling out to be conserved.
The front window is broken and there is a utilitarian lumber railing on the front porch.
The photographer simply went to the broken window for the shot. It is fire damaged. Before it was recently fire damaged it was abandoned and blighted. High ceilings are apparent. THe photo seems to show the highest temperature in ths spottled ceiling in the foreground with smoke trails leading to the rear of the ceiling. The mattress on the floor suggests squatters. Squatters are  able to do invade and squat with city police faced with an ineffective trespass law as it is currently written.
Here is a property calling out for someone to apply the provisions of the Abandoned and Blighted Property Conservatorship Act of Pennsylvania. Nearby  similar houses in fine fiddle have sold in the $90K to $100K range. Its condition is likely being noticed by potetial buyers for the well maintained houses across the street currently for sale. The owner trying to sell their well maintained house is being injured by an abandoned and blighted house. All persons with well maintained houses in Sharon are injured by abandoned and blighted houses.    Here is the aerial view from 2012:
